• communication will be handled through the previously agreed social media platforms
• I’m not responsible for delays caused by late responses from the client✦ payment
• accepted methods: PayPal
• payment must be made before or after sketch approval
• the artwork will only be started after payment is confirmed✦ refunds
• after sketch approval: 50% refund
• after the final artwork has started: no refunds✦ references & description
• the client is responsible for providing clear references and an objective description of the request
• when requesting artwork involving real people or sensitive themes, the client confirms they have authorization or take full responsibility for the submitted content
• I’m not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by a lack of references✦ process
• the client will receive a sketch for approval; revisions in this stage are free
• after sketch approval, only small changes are allowed✦ deliver time
• average delivery time: 7–15 days
• the deadline may vary depending on complexity and commission queue
• I reserve the right to delay delivery due to personal or health-related reasons, and I will always inform the client✦ usage rights
• when sharing the artwork, the client agrees to always credit me, using my official username (Toyhouse, TikTok, VGen, etc)
• the client may not:
use the artwork for AI
resell or profit from the artwork
create or sell NFTs
use the artwork for commercial purposes
• copyright remains with me; I may post the artwork on social media and include it in my portfolio✦ final files
• the final artwork will be delivered in digital format (PNG or JPG) via email or drive
• I don’t provide editable files (PSD, CLIP, etc)✦ cancellations & behavior
• if the client disappears or fails to respond for a long period of time, I retain full rights to the artwork and may use it freely
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission without a refund in cases of:
harassment
disrespect
